What Items Are Not Eligible for Purchase through FMNP?
PROHIBITED purchases with FMNP shall include but are not limited to:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables grown outside of Illinois and its contiguous (bordering) states.
- Processed food items such as jams/jellies, meat jerkies, juices/ciders, canned vegetables, baked goods, desserts/fruit pies, and dehydrated fruits/vegetables.

USDA Nondiscrimination Statement
