What are the initial steps in the Temporary Food Permit process?
If you are planning to hold a temporary food event in Moultrie County, Illinois, you must do the following:
- Download the Temporary Food Permit application provided by MCHD.
- Complete the required information.
- Submit the required application by mail or in person to the Moultrie County Health Department.
