Children’s Immunization Clinic – January 17

Held at the Moultrie County Health Department, 202 S. Main, Sullivan, IL

• All required vaccines available.
• FLU (regular and high-dose) and PNEUMONIA vaccines are still available for children and adults.
• MCHD bills Medicare, Medicaid, and many private insurance plans.
