Moultrie County, Illinois COVID Vaccine Information
At this time, anyone may sign up for a Covid-19 Vaccination Appointment directly using the registration links on the event pages in the grey box (when available). You do not need to be a resident of Moultrie County to receive a vaccine. Please see individual events for age restrictions.
If you have any concerns regarding whether or not you should consider the Covid-19 vaccination, please contact your healthcare provider. If you have any questions about the vaccine please contact the Moultrie County Health Department at 217-728-4114. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30a – 12:00p, and 1:00p – 4:30p.

Upcoming Vaccine Events
Free COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster Clinics will be held on the following dates and times. All events are held at the Moultrie County Health Department (202 S Main St., Sullivan, IL) unless otherwise noted. All events are for ages 18+ unless otherwise noted. Please register for an appointment ahead of time to help cut down on wait times at these events.
If you have received a vaccine before, please bring your vaccination card with you. We will be providing the Moderna Bi-Valent Booster dose during the Moderna clinics. Please note that you must wait at least 2 months after any other COVID-19 vaccine dose before getting the Bi-Valent Booster.
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete paperwork and wear a short-sleeved shirt to your appointment.
